page, and paying for a self-managed craft booth, you are agreeing to the
terms and conditions of this agreement. We believe this agreement is reasonable
and will be easy for honest vendors to follow. Thank you.
I agree to maintain my craft booth(s) and the product listings I create to contain current and relevant information, content and links. I will NOT post any misleading, harmful or adult oriented content or links to my craft booth.
I understand that AOK Corral reserves the right to refuse any product(s) for any reason. If products are refused, I will be given the opportunity to try submitting other products until accepted products are found. I understand that AOK Corral also reserves the right to limit the number of banner exchanges or links that can be included on my craft booth page and that AOK Corral can change their footer on all craft booth pages at any time.
If for some reason I change my mind about having a self-managed craft booth account, I understand that I will be eligible for a refund if I cancel my craft booth within 30 days from my sign-up date. I understand that after 30 days, no refunds can be given except in some cases of product rejection by AOK Corral administration. I understand that my payment covers my self-managed craft booth account service for a term of one year from my sign-up date. I may cancel at anytime during my year but if the 30 day period is over, no refund may be given for the unused months. At the end of my one year I may renew my craft booth by paying for another year of service.
I understand that for the sake of AOK Corral's reputation and the reputation of other vendors on AOK Corral I am expected to be honest in my dealings with my customers and that, if I am found to be knowingly dishonest, my craft booth account(s) will be deleted from AOK Corral and no refund will be given.
I agree to fill all customer orders within the delivery time allotment that I post on my booth page and that if something happens that causes a delay in the delivery of my customer's order I will contact my customer promptly and provide quality customer service.
I understand that if AOK Corral receives two or more customer complaints on my company or individual craft sales conduct, within my year on AOK Corral, AOK Corral will review the complaints and decide if my account should be deleted from AOK Corral. If it is decided that the conduct warrants deletion, my account will be deleted with no refund given.
I agree to do my best to respond when AOK Corral Administration attempts to contact me and I understand that attempts to contact me will first be made through the contact information that is posted on my craft booth. If no response is received by AOK Corral after repeated attempts to contact me through the posted contact method(s), AOK Corral may temporarily remove my craft booth from the bazaar until contact is made. Continued attempts at contact will then be made through other methods on file such as calling phone numbers or sending me a letter and if I do not respond to any of these attempts at contact, AOK Corral may discontinue my craft booth and no refund will be due. If I know I will be unable to be contacted for a period of time or to fill orders for a period of time, I will post a notice of my absence in my booth as a courtesy to visitors.
I understand that AOK Corral is not responsible for any sales tax or federal taxes that might be required on my sales.
We (AOK Corral) hope you will enjoy success selling your crafts on our website, however, we cannot guarantee that your products will sell.
Although all of our hosting, processing, and third party services are high in quality and very reliable, in the event of a situation beyond our control such as; web host server downtime or failures, other third party downtime or failures, or Paypal downtime or failures, we cannot be held responsible. If a problem occurs, we will do everything we can to help resolve the problem as soon as possible.
AOK Corral, its owners and its employees are not to be held responsible for problems you might experience in your dealings with customers. Your customers are your responsibility.
AOK Corral is not responsible for any copyright infringement due to the promotion and/or sale, by its vendors, of products that use a copyrighted element without permission."
In order to provide a safe and reliable shopping environment for customers, if you are found to be in violation with any of the terms of this agreement your account and craft booth(s) may be deleted from AOK Corral.
AOK Corral reserves the right to change any and/or all terms, and conditions on this agreement form. If changes need to be made, you will be notified of those changes.
