AOK Corral Direct Link Listing Agreement/Terms of Use

By clicking on the 'Continue/Accept' button on the direct link listing sign-up page, and paying for a direct link listing, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this agreement with AOK Corral. We believe this agreement is reasonable and that it will be easy for honest website owners, who have their customer's best interests at heart, to follow. Thank you.

YOU AGREE:

I agree to submit changes in a timely fashion in order to keep my listings up-to-date with current and relevant information, content and links. I will NOT post any misleading, harmful or adult oriented content or links to my listing.

AOK Corral is looking to link to quality craft or gift related websites with family safe content and links. I understand that AOK Corral reserves the right to refuse any listing(s) for any reason. If my listing/website link is refused, I will be given a full refund of my sign-up price.

Descriptions are to be clean and neat without excessive symbols and spaces. I understand that AOK Corral also reserves the right to edit the text in my description or suggest changes to the description.

I understand that my payment covers my listing, posted in two category pages for a term of one year from my sign-up date. At the end of my one year I may renew my listing by paying for another year of service.

I understand that if I discontinue my website and/or my link is no longer working, AOK Corral Administration will attempt to contact me with a reminder to update the information. If I cannot be reached after several attempts by email and phone, my dead link may be removed from the craft bazaar and no refund will be due.

LIMITED LIABILITY:

We (AOK Corral) hope you will enjoy much traffic through your listings in our website, however, we cannot guarantee that your link will be clicked on by visitors.

Although all of our hosting, processing, and third party services are high in quality and very reliable, in the event of a situation beyond our control such as; web host server downtime or failures, other third party downtime or failures, or Paypal downtime or failures, we cannot be held responsible. If a problem occurs, we will do everything we can to help resolve the problem as soon as possible.

In order to provide a safe and reliable shopping environment for customers, if you are found to be in violation with any of the terms of this agreement your listing(s) may be deleted from AOK Corral.

AOK Corral reserves the right to change any and/or all terms, and conditions on this agreement form. If changes need to be made, you will be notified of those changes.
