By submitting and paying for website listings in our bazaar, you are confirming that you have read and agree to our craft site listing agreement/terms of use as stated below.
YOU AGREE:
Sect. 1) I agree to enter only content, links and photos that are my own or that I have been given the right to use. I will do my best to make sure that my content remains current and correct. I will submit necessary changes in a timely fashion in order to keep my listings up-to-date with current and relevant information, content and links. I will NOT post any misleading, harmful or adult oriented content or links to my listing.
AOK Corral is looking to link to quality craft or gift related websites with family safe content and links. I understand that AOK Corral is a Christian website and that they will not link to any website containing products or content that go against their convictions. I understand that AOK Corral reserves the right to refuse any listing(s) for any reason. If my listing/website link is refused, I will be given a full refund of my sign-up price.
Descriptions are to be clean and neat without excessive symbols or spaces and should not be in all capital letters. I understand that AOK Corral also reserves the right to edit the text in my description or suggest changes to the description. I also understand that AOK Corral reserves the right to add the "no follow" attribute to any links if they feel that it is necessary to do so in order to remain search engine compliant.
Sect. 2) I understand that my payment covers my listing(s) for a term of one year from the date my listing is added to the bazaar. I may cancel my listing at anytime by requesting in writing that it be removed. I may request to have my listing changed and/or moved to another category for an update fee. I understand that no refunds are given for listings that are cancelled. At the end of one year, I may renew my listing by paying for another year of service.
Sect. 3) I understand that if I discontinue my website and/or my link is no longer working, AOK Corral Administration will attempt to contact me with a reminder to update the information. If I cannot be reached after several attempts by email and phone, my link may be removed from the craft bazaar and no refund will be due.
Sect. 4) I understand that if AOK Corral receives customer complaints about my website’s honesty or integrity, AOK Corral may elect to remove my listing from their website. If my website listing(s) is removed for this reason, I will be given a pro-rated refund of the amount I paid for my removed listing(s).
LIMITED LIABILITY:
AOK Corral hopes you will enjoy much traffic through your listings in our bazaar, however, we cannot guarantee that our visitors will click on your link.
Although all of our hosting, processing, and third party services are high in quality and very reliable, in the event of a situation beyond our control such as; web host server downtime or failures, other third party downtime or failures, or Paypal downtime or failures, we cannot be held responsible. If a problem occurs, we will do everything we can to help resolve the problem as soon as possible.
If you are found to be in violation with any of the terms of this agreement your listing(s) may be deleted from AOK Corral.
AOK Corral reserves the right to change any and/or all terms, and conditions on this agreement form. If changes need to be made, you will be notified of those changes.
