"Save orange or lemon rinds in plastic baggies in the freezer. They make great quick kitchen smell cover-ups when you dump them in the trash disposer and run hot water! Great for those fishy days! If you don't have a disposer, dump them in the sink with hot water - great smelling kitchen in seconds!"

"Making hambergers? Place your hand in a baggie before mixing/pressing the hambergers. When done, toss baggie - no more mess!"

"A great way to bake potatoes; get the plastic lunch baggies with the flip tops, not the zip lock ones, clean your potatoes and put one into each baggie and place into the microwave for 5 to 7 minutes. I do 6 at a time, you can do as many as you want. They are moist and delicious and the skins are soft. Just be careful taking them out of the bag, they are very hot."
